Crockpot Apple Oatmeal Cobbler

I guess this isn’t technically a pie but it has pie filling and you eat it with ice cream so close enough!


2 twenty oz cans of apple pie filling
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter


Combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugars

Add both cans of apple filling to the crockpot

Cover with flour mixture

Slice butter and put on top

Cook on high 2.5 to 3 hours

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream (Breyer’s Vanilla Bean ice cream does not contain eggs.)
