I love the Cadbury Eggs that come out at Easter. This year they have a Christmas version. It’s egg, peanut, and tree nut free and wonderful in a cookie!
2 ¼ cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 sticks salted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cadbury Solid Milk Chocolates with a Crisp Sugar Shell
Preheat oven to 375°
Line 4 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Combine flour, salt, baking soda. Set aside.
Cream together sugars, butter, vanilla and cream cheese.
Gradually add in flour mixture.
Stir in Cadbury chocolates.
Put 12 tablespoonfuls of batter on each cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
