My go to oatmeal cookie recipe was Quaker Oats Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies. Thanks to inspiration from Art of Dessert, I've learned to use cream cheese in my cookies instead of eggs. For great oatmeal cookies, simply follow the Quaker Oats recipe, substituting the 2 eggs for 8 ounces of cream cheese.
